Level 3 – Senior Diploma – 1st Year
- Student will develop better command over sur, laya, taal, and voice stability.
- Student will practice simple raag-based exercises, alankar, and sargam in different speeds.
- Student will understand aroh-avroh, pakad, sthayi-antara, and basic bandish structure.
- Student will play basic melodies and support vocal practice on harmonium.
- Student will prepare 5–7 songs, bhajan, bandish, or musical pieces for performance.
Is harmonium path me swar singing, listening, aur vocal support built-in hai. Student ko alag beginner vocal course lene ki zaroorat nahi hai.

Program Outcome
Senior Diploma – 1st Year is the beginning of intermediate classical and practical music training. This level is suitable for students who already know basic swar, taal, and simple harmonium playing.
In this level, students begin deeper practice of raag-based exercises, alankar, taal discipline, voice control, breath control, and harmonium accompaniment. They learn how to understand the mood and structure of a song or bandish in a practical way.
The focus is to make the student more independent in riyaaz and more confident in singing with harmonium support. Students also begin preparing for small stage or class-level performances.
